5. Program Promotion in emailers

Lenskart embedded a link to their refer a friend program page in all the email communications. This gave high visibility to the referral program driving good proportion of referral invites.

Lenskart installed the Facebook timeline referral application to drive referrals and sales through their Facebook  fan base of 1 million.

  • Wonderful ideas on getting more customers. But was all these 1 million invites converted to customers? Were there any duplicate invites? Is it possible to get such statistics.

    • Hi Harisankar, Invitereferrals does not allow duplicate invites to prevent customer spam. Usually CTR of invites is (5-10)%. Invitereferrals gives all the details from invites sent, click through and referral goal conversion.
